Self Storage Facility, Churchstoke

This site in Churchstoke saw the transformation of a once-vacant timber manufacturing and woodturning facility into a modern self-storage facility! After numerous attempts to re-let the site, the client decided on a diversification strategy.

Engaging extensively with the local planning authority was crucial, ensuring a delicate balance between functionality and environmental consciousness, especially given the site’s picturesque countryside setting. The carefully designed layout not only maximizes functionality but also harmonizes with the local character and appearance.

Choosing dark green materials was a deliberate move, contributing to a visually cohesive aesthetic while providing our client with a forward-thinking future use for the site.
