Attracting social care staff is a national and local crisis, our client called on us to secure planning permission for redeveloping an existing building on their site to provide good, reasonable accommodation as part of their pastoral care responsibilities

This redevelopment allows the care provider to advertise across the country for nurses prepared to relocate and to attract nurses to maintain the high standards of care it delivers to the local community. Also it takes a currently empty building and brings it back in to use to provide modern accommodation with out the need to build a new building.

JTDS were commissioned on the scheme from the development of the design through to the progression of the detailed building regulations and construction drawing package.
